A few weeks back my sister in law gave birth to two beautiful twin boys. This is the announcement that I made, which got send out to family and friends. The patterned paper is from BasicGrey’s Knee Highs collection, and gives the announcement a fun colorful touch. The stamp is from Ali Edwards, the duck stickers I found in a local store. The announcement opens in the middle, the outer circle is attached to one side, the inner circle to the other side.
There’s a version with blue ducks, and one with green ducks. You noticed the names are not on the front of the card, but when opening it, they appear on the sides of the panels. I smudged the text here and there for privacy reasons, but you still get a hinch of what the announcement eventually looks like.
And these are the favors that went along with the cards. My Silhouette Cameo sure got a workout for these announcements. I made about 80 of each.

Ontzettend leuk! Simpel samen te stellen vooral als het er veel zijn. Goed idee om de letters als negatief te gebruiken. (Ik heb geen Sihouette maar een CraftRobo (de voorganger geloof ik) waar ik niet zo goed mee overweg kan. Dit heeft me geinspireerd om hem weer eens uit de kast te halen en het nog eens te proberen!
