Project Life 2015 | Week 5 – Becky Higgins DT + video

Project Life 2015 | Week 5 by Els Brigé for Becky Higgins DT + video

* It’s been quiet for a few days here on the blog the past week. I hope you all had a great good Easter weekend. Last week was a busy one, and I’m guessing the next two won’t be any less, since the kids have Easter break now. But I’m happy to be back today with another Project Life post. I wanted to share week 5 with you all, and I also have a start-to-finish video to go along with that.

* You might have guessed is, week 5 was the week Tuur celebrated his birthday. An eventful week, you might say;) For these spreads I used the Boys Rule Value Kit and the Project 52 Core Kit. I love how these two combine for these pages.

Love your pages, I was wondering what brand of date stamp you are using?

      Hey Connie,
Thanks for your sweet words! The date stamp I use is a Colop Mini-dater. I hope that helps 😉

I just love your work so much, I just want to thank you for taking the time to share it! I look forward to seeing your posts and layouts, they always inspire me. I am only just getting started with Project Life, and it is so helpful that people like you are out there sharing!
Do you remember what the little embellishments all are that you used here? (Little labels, banners, stickers etc)? I’m still trying to build a stash and they look really lovely!
    Thanks again!
    Caroline 🙂

      Hi Caroline,
Thank YOU for stopping by and taking time to read my blog. This is the reason why I love sharing my creations:)
Lately a lot of the small embellishments that I use on my Project Life spreads are either from the Studio Calico monthly Project Life subscription, or from the Freckled Fawn monthly embellishment kits (OhDeerMe kit). I love the style of both kits, and find myself turning back to those time after time again. If you’re trying to build a bit of stash, those two I could certainly recommend (both kits can also be bought seperately if you’re not looking for a subscription) – and there are other manufacturers working with that same formula, like Gossamer Blue, Pinkfresh Studio, etc.
      Hope that helps a bit;)
      Els.
