Happy Birthday

Geplaatst in: cardmaking 0

Hi,

This is my second card for the 2S4Y sketch challenge. I had some trouble to get started with this sketch, but once I was going, … . I made this card with the Material Girl Challenge from ‘A Passion for Papertrey’ in mind too. Here it is.

A Passion for Papertrey’ in gedachten.

This was a rather time consuming card, since there was a lot of stitching involved in it (done by hand this time). I accentuated the butterflies with some beads to give the card a bit of a sparkle.

I immediately fell in love with that patterned paper, front and back. The butterfly pattern urged me to make a long narrow card. It still fits in a standard size envelope though.

Thanks for stopping by! Enjoy the weekend! Bedankt om eventjes langs te komen! Geniet van het weekend!

Els.
