Gefeliciteerd | Libby’s Tour de Craft Guestpost

I was so honored to be a guest on Libby’s blog on Tuesday last week. Every year Libby invites a bunch of designers to her blog to celebrate the Tour de France with some themed crafting. The Tour de France was riding for a big part through Belgium that day – too bad I’m on the other side of the country. So that just had to be my day for a little bicycle love.

We’re not the kind of people that can’t leave our house when there’s a cycling race on the TV. But whenever we have the opportunity we will watch. The Tour de France is special however. There’s a big piece of nostalgia attached to it for me. And summer has never really started without the Tour de France taking off. It is a big deal.

A week or two ago a new bike shop opened next door to us, the perfect occasion to make a fun bicycle card for my new neighbors. I just loved that sticker from Crate Paper’s Poolside stickersheet. Items like that make it very easy to make a beautiful card with minimal efforts.
