April 2019 Release – Dag 2

Hoi allemaal! Deze week kan je kennis maken met de 2 nieuwe stempel- en stansset bundels, die vanaf zaterdag in de winkel verkrijgbaar zullen zijn. Jullie kregen gisteren al de Helleborus stempel- en stansset te zien. Vandaag laten we jullie hem nog een keertje van dichterbij bekijken. – Hi all! This week we’re sharing our 2 new stamp and die sets, that will be available from this Saturday in our online shop. Yesterday we shared a bit about the Hellebore stamp set. Today you get the chance to take another look.

De Helleborus stempelset bevat 4 bloemenstempels, 2 op stengel, 2 zonder, en enkele losse blaadjes om naar hartelust mee te gaan combineren. De bijhorende stansset snijdt al die elementen feilloos voor je uit. Om jullie de stempel- en stansset wat meer in detail te kunnen tonen, vroeg ik het design team om al enkele projecten ermee uit te werken. Vandaag heeft Joke voor jullie wat moois in petto: – The Hellebore stamp set has 4 flower stamps, 2 on stem, 2 without, and a couple of leaves to combine as you wish. The matching die set easily cuts out all those elements for you. To show you the stamp and die sets more in detail, I asked our team to make some projects with them. Today Joke shares some prettiness with you:

“Hallo iedereen! Hebben jullie ook zo’n zin in de lente? De afgelopen week was het hier best al mooi weer, en overal zie je bloemen en bloesem. Daar past de nieuwe ‘Helleborus’ set wat mij betreft precies bij! Deze keer maakte ik dus een lekker lente-achtige kaart. –Hey everyone! Are you looking forward to spring as much as I do? The past week the weather has been pretty nice here, and everywhere you can see flowers and blossoms. The new ‘Helleborus’ set fits in perfectly! So this time I made a spring-like card.

Ik heb alle bloemen van de ‘Helleborus’ set 2 keer gestempeld en ingekleurd met mijn Copic Markers. Ik heb eerst eens opgezocht wat voor soorten Helleborus je allemaal hebt en hoe ze er uit zien (geen groene vingers helaas). Wat een prachtige kleuren en soorten kom je dan tegen! – I stamped all the flowers from the ‘Helleborus’ stamp set twice, and coloured them with my Copic Markers. First I did some research on what kinds of Helleborus there are and what they looked like (no green thumb here…). There are so many species and so many beautiful colours!

Nadat ik de bloemen had ingekleurd heb ik ze allemaal uitgesneden met de snijmallen (wat is dat toch makkelijk), en heb ik ze rond een witte cirkel geplakt. Sommige bloemen een beetje over de cirkel heen, wat een wat natuurlijker en speelser effect geeft. Ik heb de ‘bedankt’ snijmal van de gelijknamige set uit zwart papier gesneden en deze op de cirkel geplakt. – After I coloured the flowers I cut them out with the dies (so easy!), and arranged them around a white die cut circle. Some of the flowers a bit over the circle, to make it look more natural and playful. I cut out the ‘bedankt’/’thank you’ from the ‘bedankt’/’thank you’ set out of black cardstock en glued this onto the circle.

Als achtergrond heb ik een stuk wit papier gesneden en met een embossingfolder een leuk effect gegeven. Als laatste het geheel op een stuk zwart en daarna op groen papier geplakt, en een witte kaart als basis gebruikt. Lekkere frisse kleurtjes op deze kaart. Kom maar op, lente! – For the background I cut out a piece of white cardstock and used an embossing folder for a fun effect. Lastly I glued the piece onto a black, and then a green piece of cardstock. I used a white card base. Nice fresh colours on this card. Come on, spring!“
