Another Workshop Card

Just one more day and then our break officially begins. One more day of school, one more day of work for the hubs, and the rest of 2012 is only family time. I’m so looking forward to it. Everybody is tired, we all need a break around here. * Nog één dag te gaan en dan begint de vakantie hier officieel. Nog één dag school, nog één dag werken, en de rest van 2012 is van ons. Ik kijk er heel erg naar uit. Iedereen is moe, we kunnen hier allemaal wel een pauze gebruiken.

I have a few more fun projects to share before Christmas day is over. Today I have another one of my workshop cards to share (I hope you’re not sick of them yet). They were quite a handful to make, but they seem like the best ones I made this year. * Ik heb nog enkele leuke projecten te tonen voor Kerstdag weer voorbij is. Vandaag nog één van mijn workshop kaarten (ik hoop dat je ze nog niet beu bent ondertussen). Het waren kaarten waar ik echt heb moeten aan werken, maar ze lijken de beste die ik dit jaar heb gemaakt.

It’s a very simple card again, but with a stunning eye-catching glitter border. I used red and white glitter accents on a lot of my workshop cards. It makes them really stand out, a holiday card can handle some glitter. This border is die-cutted with Tim Holtz’ Brackets Edge Die. * Dit is opnieuw een heel eenvoudige kaart, maar met een mooie in het oog springende glitterrand. Ik gebruikte rode en witte glitter accenten op veel van mijn workshopkaarten. Het maakt dat ze echt opvallen, een kerstkaart kan wel wat glitter hebben. Deze rand is gemaakt met de Brackets Edge Die van Tim Holtz.
