December is upon us. And so it was time to make an advent calendar for the kids. It’s been a tradition the last few years, and since the kids love the concept, I decided to go on with it. They’re so excited every morning to open up a new bag, to see what’s in it. These bags are mostly filled with sweets, and a small present every now and then. Our countdown can begin.
All days have a brown paper bag. My girl requested something non-see-through, so it would be a surprise every morning. The bags are embellished in white, silver, and blue. I intended to cut the numbers our of some glittered cardstock, but I ended up messing my glitter paper up with my Silhouette. So white cardstock it was, covered up with silver glitter embossing powder. The numbers are beautiful in real life.
I’m more than happy to share my cut files here with you for your own advent calendars or December Daily pages. Just click here below. I think I’ll cut myself some more too, for my December album (which I’m hoping to make again this year).
